Sustainability
Del Pesce has embarked on a journey to measure and communicate its sustainability strategies and the social, environmental and economic performance produced. This sustainability project represents the output of an initial assessment, which will lead to the publication of the Group’s first Sustainability Report in 2023. It has been constructed in such a way as to achieve the various objectives from both a strategic/management and a communication/relational point of view. In fact, we have developed a set of multidimensional KPIs to measure our ESG performance, and show how our Group contributes to a sustainable development model in compliance with the goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
HOW WE STRIVE EVERY DAY
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
The environmental dimension within our project includes recycling disused materials, decreasing the use of plastic, installing photovoltaic panels within our facilities as well as research projects with specialized institutes in the world of aquaculture.
GOVERNANCE SUSTAINABILITY
Governance sosotenibility, within our project involves the evaluation of managerial activities, such as the application of the code of ethics within all facilities.
SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY
The social dimension within our project of includes several spheres of activity such as employee centralization, staff training, as well as employee health and safety and support towards charities.
