Our company’s production relies on quality as the cornerstone. Throughout every stage of the production process, we conduct ongoing inspections to ensure well-being and healthfulness of the product, from its inception to distribution.

1. BIRTH

We select specimens within our facility to breed new populations of fry. After the eggs hatch, we collect them and subject them to quality control.

2. SEEDING

The fry are moved to sea facilities and placed in cages, with all operations conducted in accordance with animal welfare standards.

3. GROWTH

The fish are fed based on their individual characteristics. As each batch may respond differently to feeding and natural conditions, we monitor their health and well-being during growth.

4. FISHING

We carry out daily catches based on orders, sorted by species and average weight. After being caught, the animals are placed in water and ice to ensure animal welfare.

5. SELECTION

The fish are individually inspected and sorted by average weight and intended use. They are then promptly packed and prepared for transport.

6. HANDLING

After being packaged, the product is transported while maintaining an unbroken cold chain until it reaches the point of sale.

7. POINTS OF SALE

Our products can be found at the fresh food counter in large retail stores. We adhere to all safety standards and implement traceability and retraceability procedures to provide all necessary information.
